Official 2012 TBF Pre-fest Schedule


Saturday June 9th - ABGAT team arrives in Town Park.


Saturday June 16th - 8AM - Town Park preserve land rush.
The day Planet Bluegrass takes over Town Park, and all the 
historical camps begin to set up in the Bear Creek Preserve.

Note: For security reasons a festival wristband of some kind may be required to enter Town Park for these activities.

Sunday June 17th – 3:00PM (or so) – Goddess Walkabout – Camp Get Enough


Sunday June 17th – 11:00PM - New Year’s Eve Party - Camp Cascadia (next to Tiki Bar)


Monday June 18th - 10:30AM - Bloody Mary Morning by the central bathrooms/showers.
Bring your own cup or glass.  Tomato Juice/Vodka donations happily accepted.


Monday June 18th - 12Noon - Rumball preparation party at the MASH tent site.
Bring some fruit or booze to contribute (fruit cocktail will work
as will fresh melon, strawberries, etc.) Note: Please no grapefruit,
it doesn’t go well with many heart/blood pressure medications!


Monday June 18th - 3PM - Smugglers birthday bash begins.
Smugglers Brewpub – Corner of San Juan and Pine.
Some may be there earlier, some later, but you can bet
that again we will be heard all the way to Town Park!
It's a birthday celebration for everyone that has a birthday
in 2012! At 5:00PM we will raise our glasses in a toast to
all those that cannot be there.


Tuesday June 19th - 2PM – Neil Young Set – Tiki Bar

Tuesday June 19th - 4PM – Oyster BBQ at Run-a-muck – bring your own plate and utensils.
Be sure to make donations to help pay for this feast. Oysters are not cheap!


Wednesday June 20th – 9:00AM – Town Park Bacon Fry – All camps fry up some bacon 
so the smell will waft away into town.


Wednesday June 20th – High Noon – Seventh annual Town Park Cup – Location TBA.


Wednesday June 20th – 2PM –  Grateful Dead Set – Tiki Bar


Wednesday June 20th - about 6PM - Rumballs at the MASH tent site.


Wednesday June 20th - about 6PM - Pot Luck at Camp Billy/Arizona Bowl.


Wednesday June 20th - about 8PM - Free box fashion show – Camp Billy.
Find something in the free box in town and enter the contest!


Thursday June 21st - 9AM - Sourdough Brunch at camp Run-a-muck/Town Hall.
Waffles provided, just bring fruit and champagne and donations. (Town Park / Warner campers only)


Thursday June 21st – 4:20PM – Dancing Hippie Flash Mob – Get up and dance in celebration of our dearly departed 
Pat “the dancing hippie” Morris.


Thursday June 21st – Following Laura Marling - 6:30PM - Annual 
Festivarian Photo shoot  in front of the Country Store tent.


Friday June 22nd - 1PM - Festivarian gathering at the beer tent.
Random act of kindness – buy a beer for the person behind you if they’ll do the same for a stranger.


Saturday June 23rd - 1PM - Festivarian gathering at the beer tent.
